A name, place, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Marion County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's collection and handling practices apply once the query is sent.

Information included in an email or contact form is retained as needed to read the request and provide a response. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court process, or another valid legal demand.
Technical Details Collected Automatically
