This is a private reference site, not a Marion County government office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release a person, accept or post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the government office that holds the record for those services.

Find the Right Marion County Office

County booking records and booking photographs begin with the sheriff or Jail Administrator. The Marion County Sheriff's Office is at 221 Randolph Road, Yellville, AR 72687. Its mailing address is P.O. Box 366, Yellville, AR 72687. Call 870-449-4236 or fax 870-449-4869. Published administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Detention and dispatch operate around the clock, but that does not make the administrative records desk available at all hours. The sheriff FAQ mentions nominal processing and copying fees without listing a dollar schedule, so ask for a current estimate before chargeable work begins.

Use the route that matches the record and custody stage:

  • For a Marion County booking sheet or photo, start with the county arrest and booking-record path, then request the specific item from the sheriff or Jail Administrator.
  • For warrant information, call the sheriff at 870-449-4236. The office may provide the warrant date, charge, bond, and issuing court, subject to its rules.
  • For a new jail intake, use Arrested Today and Current Inmates, then phone the jail when a fresh entry may not yet have posted.
  • For release status or notifications, check the current roster and use the VINE Arrest Check. VINE does not replace the booking record.
  • For a city police report, contact the originating department. Flippin reports are obtained in person at 239 E. Main Street and cost $10 each. Bull Shoals Police publishes 870-445-4775. Yellville's joint city/county arrangement makes the sheriff the first booking contact.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner's profile or photo, use the Arkansas Division of Correction offender search. A pretrial Marion County jail booking will not appear there as a state-prison record.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the appropriate federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator. Marion County and ADC cannot certify another system's record.

Court results require a court source. Marion County District Court is at 105 South Berry Street, P.O. Box 301, Yellville, and can be reached at 870-449-6030. The Circuit Clerk is at 300 E. Old Main Street and can be reached at 870-449-6226. Ask the sheriff only for records it holds. Its FAQ says the office cannot provide ACIC or NCIC criminal-history information and directs requests for another agency's records to that agency.
